'Add Instructions for Seller' box

These are handbuilt/printed boxes which very closely resemble the originals.

the design used is the most popular one.
DELIVERY:
Order Processing time is 14 days
but Boxes and some Parts are manufactured to order. This can add 7 to 14 days more.

POSTAGE & PACKING is FREE WORLDWIDE
on parts order total over £15.00 sterling.
Under £15.00 sterling
a 'Small Order Handling Charge' between £3.00 and £9.00 sterling
shown as 'Postage and Packing' - is applied.
The 'Small Order Handing Charge' is re-calculated as you order your parts. The charge approximates to the difference between your current parts total and £15.00 sterling.
Packages all sent 1st or 2nd class (UK) or Airmail (non-UK).
'Tracked' mailing can be arranged for an additional £3.00 to UK and
£8.00 to non-UK destinations - please let us
know by email immediately after checkout.
RETURNS POLICY
In the unlikely event of an ordered part not meeting
your order expectations
please email us quoting
the order number and part number
with an explanation
of the problem. If we are at fault and you return the item to us within 30 days
we will arrange to replace it or refund for the item as appropriate.
CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Cancellations which are notified to us by email (quoting the order number)
within 24 hours of our receipt of your order will be refunded in full.
Therafter
and provided the order has not already been posted to you
we will refund but withold a £6.00 'handling charge'. If we have already posted to you
then no refund will apply. We always retain proof of posting.
ADDING ITEMS TO ORDER POLICY
Extra items for an order
which are notified by email to us with the same date as the original order date
will be added.
This in no way affects the 'handling charge' (if any) on the original order.
